In her practice as a yoga therapist, Robin Marks works with a wide pariety of clients. Who is Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy For?

Because PRYT follows the unique journey of each individual, it is ideal for anyone seeking greater physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual well-being. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

How Does it Work?

PRYT is a body/mind modality, which uses traditional yoga asanas, or postures, as a means to access areas of tension. Because the client is supported in poses, the exertion of holding a posture oneself is eliminated. This allows the participant to deeply relax into a heightened awareness of the body. A non-intrusive dialogue technique allows experiences held subconsciously in the body to surface and release. This uniting of physical and mental consciousness creates an opening for new inspirations and possibilities in life.
